the final threshold
[The entirety of the past week (at least you think it's only been a week) has been...odd, even for you dead folks. Seeing between two different timelines, not being able to haunt your friends, seeing your own murder play out before your very eyes, BJ still exists- it's, quite frankly, A Lot.
But today things feel different. There's a stillness to everything, an absolute silence to the Opera House that feels empty and alien. Even if you focus you can't see or hear the living. It's like they're gone completely.
If that's not weird enough you suddenly hear BJ's voice echoing through every inch of the Opera House.]
Guys? HEY, YOU GUYS! YOU MIGHT WANNA GET OUT HERE TO THE CEMETERY!

She wasn't awake to watch that trial. She had her memories wiped with each repeat, and she had no reason to believe any weird time things had happened. That much is written all over her face.
Claudine tries to say something, but she chokes up, shaking her head. It's not clear if she's trying to deny it or is just too surprised to say anything.]

Look- when we get out of here, you can ask her, okay? I think she's ready to talk about it. And I think she needs to.

...mm. I think you're right.
[She manages the words, but they're quiet. She has a lot to think about.]

She's...a good kid. You all are. [A glance at 'their' Evan, then back at the other.]
