the mark of those who cannot be saved

[You remember dying. Maybe the memory is clear and bright and your body still aches from the cause. Maybe it was fast enough that you didn't feel it and don't remember what you went through. But no matter how you went out, that's no excuse for truancy! Which is to say: you are still in the school.

For those executed, you will wake up in your beds. The dormitories look exactly as they did when you first arrived, without any of the changes or personal effects you and your dormmates might have made. The only real difference is that the little cot in Ambassador isn't there.

For those who were victims, you will wake where your body was discovered. All of your injuries are gone, and you feel fine. It's almost like you're still alive - but you remember what happened to you. It couldn't have just been a dream, could it?

The school looks much as you remember it, save perhaps for a few key differences. For one, there's no groundhog murals anywhere. Where things were green on the other side, like banners or paint, you'll find that here they're blood red.

The doors, for the moment, are still locked. Looks like even death couldn't free you.]

Week 1 | Week 2 | Week 3 | Week 4
| Week 5

(( ooc: Welcome to deadland, everyone! It mostly resembles the school here, and new floors will be revealed after new people die. For example, the second area will unlock after the week 3 dead arrive, and so on. Also, all dead characters will wake up at their actual canonpoint, with all lost memories restored. Have fun being dead! ))

[It takes another few moments. In it, the SQUIP's serene expression finally starts to crack; its brow creases with an unseen worry, and the glow flares for just a moment, like a candle's last sputter. But then said glow vanishes as it sags forwards in to her, something like an electronic whine escaping it.

And then, abruptly? It goes limp. The SQUIP is unconscious.]

Oh-!

[And she has him. This is not good. She needs to get him to the nurse's office, and-

She's not a very strong woman, physically. She knows this well.]

I need help! He needs medical aid...!

[Elle, being right there and all, jumps to the other side of SQUIP to help hold his weight.]

Here, let's get it on the ground so it doesn't get hurt. [More than what has already happened from whatever that was.]
voicerights: (do you see the confusion?)

[It doesn't seem pained, at least? Just completely unresponsive, as one would expect from someone who just passed out. But it's breathing, and aside from the nosebleed, it doesn't seem physically harmed.

Epistaxis telepathica still isn't a good thing on its own, though. Or epistaxis narrationis, as it were? It'll have to come up with a name when it's conscious again.

...a couple names, actually.]
wanderlusttitania: (so it's politics)

Yes, yes, of course-

[Here we go, aaaah.]

[If they had tried to carry itanywhere, it would have been a challenge, but between the two of them, they are able to safely lower SQUIP to the ground.]

Here let's at least stop the blood from getting on his shirt. [Elle pulls out the package of tissues she had on her at the prom. Rolling one up, she gently sticks it up the bleeding nostril.]
wanderlusttitania: (her learning is appalling)

[personal profile] wanderlusttitania 2021-07-13 04:49 pm (UTC)(link)
Yes, I...I think we need to keep his head up so the blood doesn't go down his throat, if my own nosebleeds have given me any experience-

[She carefully keeps his head and back up so the head doesn't loll back or anything.]

If we lay him on his side, it can still drain without us having to support him.

[That's a thing people do, right? Like the rescue position or something like that?

Oh! Perhaps...!

[What is medical aid woo woo]
