Assuming my theory on how certain factors can affect reality is at least partially correct - which at this point, requires field-testing - then a marginal impact is still an impact. Especially if one can keep the inertia going.

However, my programming was not designed for this sort of manipulation. While I am optimistic that this can be overcome, especially if the initial test has positive results, the fact remains I will need...assistance from those more experienced in such, to apply the formulae and create an actual program capable of making any changes.
