now let's skip the tears and start on the whole-
[You remember dying. Maybe the memory is clear and bright and your body still aches from the cause. Maybe it was fast enough that you didn't feel it and don't remember what you went through. But no matter how you went out you're still trapped here.
When you open your eyes it might take you a minute to recognize your surroundings. For the executed, it's your dressing room. For the victims, you startle awake in the place your body was discovered. But no matter where you are nothing is where you remember it. It's like everything has been picked up and moved to the other side of the room. The entire room has been perfectly mirrored from what it used to be and, upon leaving, it seems the rest of the opera house is just the same. If you remember one room being in the east wing, it's now in the west. If it was in the west, it's now in the east.
Welcome back to the Opera House, friends. Even in death you're still in the woods.]
WEEK 1 | WEEK 2 | WEEK 3 | WEEK 4 | WEEK 5
[ooc: Welcome to deadland, darlings! It's a perfectly mirrored version of the Opera House and each week, as new people die after new floors have been revealed, the stairwell doors will unlock and allow you to reach them. For example, week 3 victims will unlock floor 2 and so on and so forth. Also, all dead characters will wake up at their actual canon point.
Have fun because we have some fun things planned for you.]

So that's Stephen... And there's Christine- oh, she's just a darling! And - Jer-bear! That's Jeremy, I think you two would really get along.
[does he mean that like "get along" or...]
And that's...um. The rude girl. Oh, what was her name? It sounded kind of Valencian...

Oh...
[........he should say something else, he should say something else]
They, um. They seem like they really, uh, miss you guys.

[...Ope, Riley's started possessing people.]
Oh! Oh, we're doing this! Hm, I should really start practicing what I'm going to say.

[Not that anybody asked him, he just sort of responded in reflexive terror here]

That's alright, you can sit this one out, kiddo. I think there's enough of us that he's going to need a nap when we're done anyway.

Hey, you're not 'some random guy'! You're Evan! Our Ev... well, there's not a whole lot of rhymes you can do, I'll have to work on that.
But you're one of us, now! Which means they'd love you too, buddy! You just gotta believe in yourself!

Before I even - oh my god
[okay well that happened so maybe it's just time to freak the fuck out actually?????]
no subject
[Hey, it wasn't him! He didn't do it.]
No, don't worry about it, I can totally hype you up. I am a great wing man. Sigyn! Let me go next!

[evan thinks this sounds terrible but actually it sounds incredible]
I mean, I'm not - what - how.

He does look vaguely apologetic, as he slumps back into a chair at the table, and pillows his head on his arms.]
Ough...
Well, at least I didn't start bleeding that time.
no subject
We can bleed...?

When I took control of Tad Cooper, my nose started bleeding.
I have had quite enough of the sight of my own blood for one lifetime. After-lifetime?

[Are you also an actor?]

It's important...for them to know...if a random kid we don't know anything about...is here, just calm down.
[ If she's Mega Stress then he's like. Ultimate Stress. ]

[it was worse than yours, Riley. you wouldn't know it to see it, but like, morally? it was morally much worse.]
no subject
They...don't care about that...stuff.
[ She closes her eyes. Jeremy... He was so nice about it all. If only she could've listened. At all. ]
no subject
[He actually has no clue about Riley's whole deal, but embarrassing viral videos are a Thing, and. Well, the start is embarrassing, but no one really talked much about that.]
It's. She probably thinks, I'm, a, a good person!

By the time you let me drive, there will be nothing left to say.

And that's Angus. He used to be cool, but then he got all evil-y and now he thinks he's better than us.
