[You remember dying. Maybe the memory is clear and bright and your body still aches from the cause. Maybe it was fast enough that you didn't feel it and don't remember what you went through. But no matter how you went out you're still trapped here.

When you open your eyes it might take you a minute to recognize your surroundings. For the executed, it's your dressing room. For the victims, you startle awake in the place your body was discovered. But no matter where you are nothing is where you remember it. It's like everything has been picked up and moved to the other side of the room. The entire room has been perfectly mirrored from what it used to be and, upon leaving, it seems the rest of the opera house is just the same. If you remember one room being in the east wing, it's now in the west. If it was in the west, it's now in the east.


Welcome back to the Opera House, friends. Even in death you're still in the woods.]

[A low chuckle.] Well, I am from Fife, not the cold lands of Unst. Cool and wet is what I consider beautiful.

[Somewhere, Christoper Bowes writhes at hearing his birthplace being spoken of positively.]

[Cool and wet is not what Sigyn would describe as beautiful, but she understands that anything that reminds one of 'home' can be a comfort.]

Did you go swimming a lot?

Oh, all the time. Who knows if I must swim to the bottom of a Loch to-

[He gazes to the pool floor.]

I suppose our bloodline was meant to save the galaxy. [You don't need anything like the Amulet of Justice anymore.]

Wait, no, swim to the bottom of a Loch to do what?

[She raises an eyebrow]

Nothing that I did. My ancestor did that long ago to fetch an artifact. [It was towards the end of his singing session on their first party. Jeremy and Jonny were the most enthralled by the tale at that point.]

[She reaches the end of the pool and rotates in the water so she's standing, the water coming up to her shoulders]

[Would he sink if he tried to swim? With the heavy evil in his heart drag him down to become a watery ghost? Angus cautiously edges closer so that his legs are in the water but he still sits on the wet edge.]

Not as fun as flying to the sun on a jetpack.

Close enough to the corona charge the Hammer of Glory. [Isn't that how solar energy works?] Oh, that's why it wasn't working here. It had to be charged with the energy from a start from this universe. The Wizard did nothing to it.

It was not needed. Unless we are in Fife and well hidden from everyone else in the universe.
